People seek therapy with me to help cope with depression, caregiving, cognitive impairment, anxiety, issues with life stage transitions, and family dynamics.
Others approach therapy with me during mid-life, as they wish to work towards successful or optimal aging.
I work together with individuals and family members who are seeking supportive, active, results oriented therapeutic solutions.
I am in network with Medicare, otherwise, my fee is $200 per session. For those with private insurance, including Managed Medicare plans, I can provide documentation to submit for out of network reimbursement if applicable.
Family members often find themselves overwhelmed and in unfamiliar territory when a nearby or out of state loved one is impacted by illness, loss of independence, or cognitive impairment. We can work together to identify these challenges and the appropriate resources to address the stressful changes.
We may find appropriate supports to optimize independence, make recommendations to appropriate agencies, address communication hurdles and bridge differences of opinions among loved ones, and more.
Consultations services are billed at an hourly rate and are not bound by geographic restrictions of licensure or the diagnostic requirements of psychotherapy. This is different from psychotherapy and may include multiple family members over the course of one or more sessions.
My consultation fee is $250 per hour
Group Therapy sessions for people with Mild Cognitive Impairment and for family members impacted by Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias are currently on hold. Please reach out to the practice if you are interested in these services.
